About us

Tic Tac Lab is a creative technology education centre based in Brussels, offering hands-on workshops, courses, and events for young people—and occasionally adults. Blending DIY culture with cutting-edge tech, participants explore powerful tools like laser cutters and 3D printers.

Our Machines

At Tic Tac Lab, you'll find robots, tablets, and computers—but that's not all! We also have a fablab  (fabrication laboratory) designed especially for young people. Each machine has its own nickname, often chosen by our students!

THE TOP CHIEFS

Charlotte and Margo met in 2016 at Museomix, a creative hackathon held in museums. Since 2022, they’ve been running Tic Tac Lab together.

Charlotte – Before landing at Tic Tac Lab, Charlotte worked in cultural mediation for the National Theatre and the Kanal museum in Brussels. A top-notch maker, she also managed the MicroFactory and CityFab3. In her free time, she enjoys working on ceramic projects and discovering great restaurants!

Margo – At age 6, Margo was already writing schoolbooks for her brothers. She’s had a passion for teaching ever since. In a past life, she was a lawyer in Canada… but that was before she discovered Belgian fries!
